Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Screenvibe, a service operated by PrioApps LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Screenvibe you agree to them.

The service

Screenvibe turns a written app idea into mobile app and web page designs using AI models. You can edit the designs, export them as images, PDF or HTML, and share them as clickable prototypes. Designs are mockups, not working apps.

Your account

• You need a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to it secure; anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
• One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around plan limits or free credits.

Your content

You own the ideas you describe and the designs Screenvibe makes for you, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated material. You give us the rights we need to run the service: storing your projects, sending your prompts to our AI providers, and showing your designs to people you share them with. We don't use your private projects to market Screenvibe without asking.

On every plan, including the free one, you may use, change and sell the designs you make: in your own products, for clients, or as templates, without crediting Screenvibe.

AI output can resemble existing apps, brands or images. You're responsible for checking that what you publish or build from a design doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

• No designs that impersonate real companies to deceive people, such as phishing or fake login screens.
• No illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or harassing content.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or to get around credit limits.

We can turn off share links, remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans, credits and payment

AI actions use credits; the pricing page lists plans and what credits are worth. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Monthly plan credits don't roll over. Top-up credits don't expire while your account exists.

Purchases are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for payments and calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT. Refunds follow our refund policy.

We may change prices or credit costs with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Screenvibe available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut the service down we'll give you at least 30 days to export your work.

Disclaimers and liability

Screenvibe is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We can end accounts that break these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless consumer law where you live says otherwise.
